La Esquina de Avellanas is a family project, which started due to the necessity to bring to Playa Avellanas a space of reunion for the community, where children and adults can enjoy good gastronomy, participate in cultural events, take some classes , do groceries and buy something nice in our shops without the need to travel to another town.
La Esquina was built respecting nature, making sure trees were looked after during the construction and planting more trees around the perimeter to help the fauna of the area. It´s a space for everyone to enjoy and have fun, so come join us!

A space to enjoy food
La Esquina de Avellanas has 4 restaurants for you to choose from, and an amazing bar to have some drinks. Enjoy a nice meal surrounded by nature and, of course, our beautiful matapalo tree in the center of the project. Restaurants are open from 12-9 pm, closed on Monday.
Taco Taco : the best Mexican food in the area. Tacos, burritos, birrias and more.
Fuego Vivo Grill: Enjoy the flavors from Argentina trying the amazing meat , empanadas, sandwiches, burgers, you name it.
Kebab Corner: For the Middle East food lovers: Falafel, Kebabs, Fatoush salad and more heartwarming food.
Ola Poke Bar: Pokes made with fresh and high quality ingredients, refreshing smoothy bowls and great smoothies.
The bar, Mucha Lucha, offers delicate mexican cocktails. Make sure you give them a try.

Friday Night Markets
Every Friday our community gets together for the Night Markets. Get ready for live music, children having fun and people dancing under the stars. Local artisans from the area set their stands on these evenings, so you can find some beautiful crafts.
Come have fun, shop, eat and dance. We do not cancel these beautiful get together event, even if it´s raining !.
